I found the views from my room to be amazing. i stayed in a room on a high floor, so the city skyline was very visible (it was a treat to wake up to). the staff was generally attentive. ting in reception was helpful. I especially appreciated her remembering me.
my room had some noise issues at night. it seemed to come from the air conditioning system, and it was quite distracting. i also noticed the hotel lacked a proper sound system in the rooms. i was offered an external speaker upon request, but the sound quality was subpar.

middling stay with A few issues

cold roomplastic strip
my room WAS cold, and they gave me a portable heater. i mean REALLY? for what i paid? also, the breakfast was not good. I found a piece of plastic in my food. All they did was offer a late checkout. It's not what i expected for that price.

The view from the room was excellent. I received an upgraded room upon arrival and it was spacious. The bath included a view I didn't know I needed. Breakfast was quality and the staff remembered me from the previous morning.

The room was very clean and spacious. Anything I could require for my stay WAS already provided. The bath was especially lovely. It gave very nice views from its placement next to a large window.

The hotel starts at level 35, providing fine views. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and sauna. Robes and slippers were provided. Towels and refreshments were also AVAILABLE at the pool early in the morning.

The service was really good from arrival to departure. The staff could not do more to make me comfortable. The staff remembered me at breakfast. The service was excellent on BOTH mornings.

The hotel location makes many sights easily accessible. The hotel also offers valet parking, which did not need to be prebooked. I was able to start my visit smoothly AFTER a long drive.

I appreciated the bathroom. It was elegant and well-equipped with amenities. The decor details from the entrance to the restaurants were exquisite. The staff were great too accommodate our needs .
There was a very slight wait during peak breakfast hours , but it was manageable.
